J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez JetBlue (Hilo, HI) en août 2018
Entretien
I love JetBlue and patiently waited for the application window to open. Had everything ready. Applied online and after the video interview I was invited to a face to face group interview.
I live on the west coast and the only dates and locations I was offered to interview in were on the east coast: Boston, NYC (or maybe Long Island?), and somewhere in Florida.
I really wanted to take the opportunity but I can’t pay A THOUSAND DOLLARS plus take time off work just for a chance to be chosen out of the hundreds of people they invited to these things.
It’s really not fair. If they narrowed down the list and the face to face was just a formality, it would be justifiable. But when they’re just like, “Maybe we saw something in your application and resume and assessment and video interview, but we aren’t sure so can you pay your own way here just for us to check you out?” it’s outrageous.
The more I think about it, the angrier I am. At least I know how few people they’ll hire at those events. I really feel sorry for the people who go into it thinking it’s like a normal final job interview where they basically have the job.
I’m generally not a bitter person and I realize many people want the job and will gamble their savings on attending an interview. It makes me so mad, though. It’s borderline exploitation.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
All of the questions on my video interview were standard flight attendant/job interview questions. None stood out as memorable so I don’t remember any of them.
The interview process was virtual with several questions and assessments. Overall good experience and about 20 minutes. Just take your time in answering the questions as best as you can and be yourself.

All good . Great experience . Been with JetBlue for three years . I was nervous going into the interview but they had a way of making me feel comfortable enough to give off my best. It lasts the whole day so it can be draining.

I applied online October 1st, 2025 at about 10:30am EST and was sent the video interview and assessment with games on October 9. I was working a lot so I had to wait to do a bit of research and complete it. I submitted my VI on Oct 14 (one day before it expired) and received my TBNT inside my B6 profile on the 15th.
I know I didn't look into the camera enough, smile enough. Also the assessment was afterwards and it was a series of pictures that were in sets of 2. You choose which one is closest to your personality. I know you're supposed to be yourself in these things and I started answering what I thought hey wanted instead, which is where I went wrong. I'm a very creative person with a degree in art, yet when it came to questions like that, I chose the opposite, thinking they didn't want this. Later, I realized they do want creativity. But I cannot stress enough how you need to be yourself in these things assessment. Answer from the heart about how you really are.
No wonder I got the dreaded TBNT! I don't blame them. I wish I could redo it, but my interview skills are way out of practice having worked for the same airline for years now.
After the assessment, there were 3 games where you had to repeat a series of letters/numbers. Sounds easy, but I promise you it was much harder than you'd think. And also choose the shapes that were the same in a group.
