      Washington, DC
      Aucune offre
      Expérience neutre
      Entretien difficile

      Candidature

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez JetBlue (Washington, DC) en août 2017

      Entretien

Applied on line- phone interview where a robot asked you questions and your answers are recorded for getting reviewed. Received an email to go to an interview. It was a group interview we entered in a conference room where a different staffs were here and introduced themselves and what are their positions. After each candidates have to stand up and introduce themselves, by answering three questions: What s your name? Why you want to join jet blue and tell a fun fact about you? .... ( i think this is at this moment they start picturing who they might hire). Once done, we watched a video introducing the company, benefits, process of hiring... after a 10 minutes break where we were asked to leave the conference room, they called us for the interview f2f... which i had with two others candidates as the same time, we were 3 in front of two interviewers, ( pretty awkward!!!). Of all the tables, two were with 3 candidates and 4 were with two candidates ( why such a difference, who knows?). At the end of the interview, you were thanked. Two days after i received an email that I was not chosen for further process. I strongly suspect the recruiters already decided before getting interviewed after the 10 minutes break that they will not hire us because why they made it harder by putting put 3 of us together to get interviewed at the same time, ( 2 tables like that) and the rest of the candidates interviewed by pair...

It's definitely a very long process where you have to have a lot of patience in waiting! At least that's how it was for me. I applied June 4th, 2024. I got an email the very next day inviting me to do a virtual audio interview. Pretty standard interview, not as complicated. After the virtual interview you had to complete some personality assessments/games. After all of that was completed, August 1st, 2024, I got an email inviting me for a virtual interview with two of the supervisors alongside some other candidates at the same time. It was a group interview so it was very interesting to experience. The interview followed by a series of around 5 questions mostly about past experiences you've gone through that would showcase how you've dealt with customer service. After the interview, about six days passed by and I received an email saying that I passed to the compliance stage and gave me instructions on the Drug test, Background check, and fingerprinting I needed to do. It took about 5 days for me to complete everything and on August 19th, I received another email saying that I passed the compliance stage and had to schedule a quick phone call with my recruiter the same day. I spoke with my recruiter, he officially offered me the job, told me a little bit about the role, the pay, benefits, and also explained that I would have to go to Orlando, Florida to Jetblue University for training for a duration of about 2 weeks. I will now be heading to Florida for my AO Training in about two weeks. Overall, it was definitely a long process but worth it!
