Entretien
Applied in October. Did the questionnaire and video interview. It was a long wait before I heard back about coming for the blue review in NY. Blue review was in January. You get fingerprinted, do a pa test, do a reach test, and if you were bilingual you do a language test. We did group presentations and 1:1 interviews. Everybody is really nice , be yourself, don't be too extra & try to impress them with your answers. Think outside of the box
It's a video interview of a couple questions. You get multiple attempts to answer each question. If you are selected to advance on to the in person group interview where you must use your people skills to mingle & problem solve.
Amazing interview. Positive vibes. Hiring crew inspiring. Advice? Dress like you currently work for them all the way from hair to shoes. Be early. Do not take photos. Put your phones away unless they say you can bring them out.

Large group interview, I fell off the bus in a slim skirt going from LGA to JFK and was late. They welcomed me and the energy in the room position and empowering.
