Worst interview process I have ever experienced. Multiple phone interviews and continued promises of an in-person interview. Then when I had given up hope of getting a real interview (after a reasonable amount of time) got an interview with a non-hiring manager after being told it would be with the hiring manager. Strung along for another few weeks with promises of a final interview with the actual hiring manager.
During this time I was contacted for another phone interview conducted by another employee in IT, but from a totally different team that only lasted 10 minutes and had no substance. Never spoke with or was interviewed by the hiring manager. Contacted 2-3 weeks later with the news that the position(s) had been filled.
General level 1 and 2 support questions. Active Directory, O365. Windows 10 questions. Basic networking, printer troubleshooting are some of the things they go over with you, and customer service skills

Horrible. Just horrible. Didn’t even hear back from them. They’ll keep you as a back up if you’re not their first choice. And horrible lack of communication and organisation during the whole process.

Great process doing phone for the first round that lasted about 25 mins and 2nd round with the hiring manager and an IT analyst virtually interview lasted 45 mins couple of personality/scenario questions and then technical
