J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez JetBlue (Fort Lauderdale, FL) en sept. 2016

      Entretien

My timeline was as follows Applied 07/04 (I believe job was posted 07/01) Received questionnaire email on 07/16 On 07/18 I received a link to complete a video interview On 7/28 I received an email for a Blue Review interview/f2f The link offered a few dates/locations as soon as August, I chose September 21st to best fit my schedule The questionnaire and video interview are pretty straight forward, general questions in the agree/disagree format and responses in the STAR format for the video interview. I don't know if they always have the same questions or if they switch them up from time to time so I wont go heavily into them. All questions are questions you have heard before at any job interview, why us? Tell me about a time? Ect... The Blue Review or your f2f interview is your last step before being brought on for training. Mine took place at a hotel, which they tell you in advance and allowed me to book a room (I was from out of town) and prepare myself the night before. Youre told to bring documents with you and please DO NOT forget those items, they will turn you away, you have gone too far to be turned away over IDs or resumes. Our Review started off with greetings from the staff, managers, flight attendants, members of the talent acquisition team, a brief welcoming and overview of the day. You eventually do a group activity that allows you to show how well you interact in a group and if you can ride that fine line of leader and follower. You present as a group the activity given and each take a turn speaking to the entire room about your results of the activity. Again I dont know if they switch it up or not so I wont go too much into details, basically it was a "redesigning" the company type thing. During the day you are eventually finger printed and you preform a reach test and read a PA. The interviews are in two portions, the debriefing and a interview. Some of us debriefed first and others interviewed first. I started with a debrief which consisted of questions pertaining to why you wanted to work for Jetblue and how you would handle the lifestyle. If youre there then you are likely passionate about this career so its pretty easy. After that I did my interview, its originally with two team members but I was one of the last interviewed so I only had one person. He was extremely nice and inviting (as is every member there that day) and the questions are your normal "tell me a time when..." questions. Have examples on hand, a time when you dealt with difficult customers. coworkers or situations. I suggest knowing without sounding rehearsed, After that they are happy to answer any questions you may have. The day was supposed to last 8:30am-5:00pm but I was done by 2:00pm. Dont go in nervous, I know thats easier said than done but really everyone there is really nice. No other candidates are there with the mindset of "I need to crush everyone to win" they are all there based on their talents and you are all going through this no matter what. So go and be sociable and outgoing, its an interview but its also fun so dont be nervous and rigid. I started out nervous during my minute in front of the group during the activity and they may have hurt me. Now Im waiting on a Yes or No! Good Luck to everyone who is in any part of this process. No offer chosen because Im still waiting.

The interview process was virtual with several questions and assessments. Overall good experience and about 20 minutes. Just take your time in answering the questions as best as you can and be yourself.

All good . Great experience . Been with JetBlue for three years . I was nervous going into the interview but they had a way of making me feel comfortable enough to give off my best. It lasts the whole day so it can be draining.

I applied online October 1st, 2025 at about 10:30am EST and was sent the video interview and assessment with games on October 9. I was working a lot so I had to wait to do a bit of research and complete it. I submitted my VI on Oct 14 (one day before it expired) and received my TBNT inside my B6 profile on the 15th. I know I didn't look into the camera enough, smile enough. Also the assessment was afterwards and it was a series of pictures that were in sets of 2. You choose which one is closest to your personality. I know you're supposed to be yourself in these things and I started answering what I thought hey wanted instead, which is where I went wrong. I'm a very creative person with a degree in art, yet when it came to questions like that, I chose the opposite, thinking they didn't want this. Later, I realized they do want creativity. But I cannot stress enough how you need to be yourself in these things assessment. Answer from the heart about how you really are. No wonder I got the dreaded TBNT! I don't blame them. I wish I could redo it, but my interview skills are way out of practice having worked for the same airline for years now. After the assessment, there were 3 games where you had to repeat a series of letters/numbers. Sounds easy, but I promise you it was much harder than you'd think. And also choose the shapes that were the same in a group.
