J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Jet (Hoboken, NJ) en août 2019

      Entretien

From application submission (via referral) to finish, it took 4 months. The interview process was drawn out asking me to be there in person twice. Each was 45 minutes long, and they had me speak with 6 people. The questions were usual HR behavioral questions, though 1 stood out of all 6 for being the worst and made a lasting impression.

It was well organized. Started with a phone interview, with HR, then another with the hiring manager, and then progressed to 2 more rounds of interviews onsite. About 3 months lag between the phone interview and scheduling the onsite. First round went great. Interviewed with 3 people (1 in person and 2 other via zoom) and enjoyed the conversations. Next round was with 2 others (a peer interview and then the hiring manager interview). The first one went really well, it was an enjoyable conversation with lot of good insights on the company. The last one was where it slid down hill real fast. The last interviewer (hiring manager) didn't like to listen, told me that the work I'm doing is useless (he used an expletive word here that I can’t repeat), and told me that I didn't know what I was doing in my current job. He actually used profanity during my interview and was very unprofessional. He asked about my yearly rating and belittled my efforts. He asked me about my GPA even though I had graduated 17 years ago so is not relevant. And he asked me who I knew knew at Walmart HQ so he can check if i was lying. He also didn't like the fact that I was turning his questions on him. The worst interview experience I ever had. It was so bad I withdrew my application.

J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Jet en mai 2017

      Entretien

I got an email with a link asking me to book a slot for an HR round. I did but got no reply. I kept on booking new dates and meanwhile tried to contact the recruiter but to no avail. Just when I gave up, I got an email for the interview a month after first email. HR round was straightforward. Then I got a game to play to check my cognitive ability (you have to download an app on your phone). It was fairly easy. Then I interviewed with a team member who asked me supply chain based questions and then all of a sudden asked me basic case questions. Even though questions were very simple but I wasn't prepared for them. I got it right but made silly mistakes on the way.
