Initial phone screen followed by in person interview. The in person portion was three rounds of different types of questions. Mostly typical interview questions and one more creative portion where you redesigned a webpage.
J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Jet (San Bruno, CA) en déc. 2018

So everything you have seen on glass door is accurate in terms of the phone screen and then the interactive game, so i will talk about the final interview. I was flown out to the Walmart office in San Bruno, there are 4 interviews 3 formal (1 behavioral, 2 case study) and the last is an informal interview with all the other candidates that interview that day. You typically arrive the day before your interview and you will receive the names of your interviewers beforehand.
The morning of, you start with a tour of the office and then you are printed to the room you will interview in. The interviewers will come in waves with 30 minute blocks each, there is no order i believe it varies.
The interviewer will walk in, interview you and will not stay a second over the 30 minute mark. After the 3 rounds back to back, you head to the informal interview. In this interview you talk with a current category specialist and ask any questions you might have.
*For the case study interviews after you answer the questions, you get the opportunity to ask questions so if you answer fast then be ready to ask plenty of questions.
Questions d'entretien [2]
Question 1
If the ceo was to ask you about your current project how would you explain to him?
I found it to be positive and helpful. I learned a lot about the role and the culture. There were multiple rounds and I got to meet with several managers. I would recommend the role/interview process to my peers.
Seamless but challenging. The questions are geared to make you think critically while the answers are not necessarily the end goal. The more research you do the better. Good people
