Entretien
Started off by completing an in app video game assessment. Emailed to Interview in Hoboken, NJ. The interview consisted of 3 1-on-1 interviews in Hoboken, NJ. The first interview was business professional, mainly discussing my background and why Jet? The 2nd interview was completely unprofessional with said interviewer actually cussing during the interview while making an inappropriate and crude joke (trying to come off as “cool”). Followed by a case study on batteries and how to properly manage the subcategories and selection criteria of various brands and styles of batteries. The final 1-on-1 interview consisted of a rather ambiguous question on the pricing of a tv stand. The only interviewer that seemed to care about being there was the first one. I could tell based off body language, attitude, and wait time. A total of 3 30-minute interviews also was rather uncomfortable as each interviewee of course came with different personalities, perspectives, and judgements as senior and newer employees.
Initial phone screen followed by in person interview. The in person portion was three rounds of different types of questions. Mostly typical interview questions and one more creative portion where you redesigned a webpage.
I found it to be positive and helpful. I learned a lot about the role and the culture. There were multiple rounds and I got to meet with several managers. I would recommend the role/interview process to my peers.
Seamless but challenging. The questions are geared to make you think critically while the answers are not necessarily the end goal. The more research you do the better. Good people
