The interview starts with a take-home assessment, which tests your ability to write production-level code in a collaborative environment. The exercise was not hard, but it is definitely not as easy as they described. Then it's the HR call. The HR was very nice and welcoming. Then it's a 2 45-minute coding interview. The round gives me very negative experience and it is very unprofessional. The two interviewers used different platforms for the coding exercise, which is normally not the case with other companies. The first interviewer pasted the question on Google meet chat and ask me to open a local IDE and share screen. The second interviewer asked me to join a link on Replit. Normally these platforms should be consistent I think. The first interviewer was also very rude and acted like he just wanted to get out here. The second interviewer was more professional than the first one. One hard and one medium-hard question. The bar is much higher than their pay.
