First part included answer 3 questions that they provided and submiting a video response (not timed). I had one interview with my direct manager and one with VP who oversaw manager. 30 min each

Question 1
Asked about pertinent parts of resume and how they would be applicable to the to the job. Interview varies on the department you're interning for. Ask questions about the firm and understand what they do.
The interview process was very conversational and I spoke to 3 current employees with a thirty minute time slot each. I got a call back around two weeks later. I would highly recommend this program.

Entretien
Very fair interview. They were mostly trying to make sure you are a fit with the culture and team. They seemed really interested in having a conversation and getting to know you.
