Attended a formal interview. I was told I'd be informed of the outcome in a week. Followed up after hearing nothing and HR apologized and said they'd let me know their decision soon. I followed up again a week later and they didn't reply. Safe to say I wasn't progressed, but please don't say you're going to inform people of the outcome if you have no intention of doing so.
