Todo muy correcto y ordenado siempre fueron flexibles para agendar la entrevista ya que yo me encuentro laborando y los horarios eran un poco complicados de empatar. Me mandaron un caso práctico y me dieron 3 días para responder

Unprofessional.
I was contacted by a HR executive directly on LinkedIn. We then chatted a bit via email and he scheduled a call with me. He did not connect on the call, which was a complete loss of time. He then contacted me again, barely apologizing for the first call and rescheduled a new one. He did not connected on that one either and ghosted me when I asked why. Complete buffoonery.
