The process was great. The front office staff do everything they can to help you understand the application and make you feel at home. That is a rare trait with companies. The interview was awesome it was more of a conversation then a interrogation like you mainly get.

Brief. They're desperate for drivers. So they wish you through the process. Training is minimal. Focus is on driving. Very little instruction on how to operate a schedule. Many aspects of the job are "don't ask, don't tell".
