Pre covid. HR doesnt tell me it's a virtual zoom interview. I travel from my campus and miss classes to attend the super day I think is in NYC, because she gave me the physical address and bulding details in the initial email. The night before she sends me an email with a zoom link, by then I was already in NYC. lovely. Same woman failed to respond to my emails while I interned there. The end

Process was organized. The conversation was fast-paced but conversational, reflecting the culture of Sales & Trading.
Interviewer focused on market knowledge, behavioral questions, and a little technical understanding of equities and macro trends. They were clearly assessing both technical competence and personality fit, especially comfort with high-pressure environments and strong communication skills.
Overall, the experience felt competitive but fair
