One 15 minute telephone interview with an associate. Very relaxed and friendly feel with a few technical questions, but not in to too much detail. My single pro tip would be to look at financial news for the week prior to the interview and get a good feel for what's going on since this is a good way to spot people who are actually interested and informed.

Standard two back to back interviews. 20 minutes each, first you are put in a waiting room and then distributed to your interviewer, where you are mostly asked based on your experiences and cv
1 round - 30 mins - F2F Zoom interview.
It consistented of the general: Why Jefferies, Why Equity Research, Tell me about yourself stuff
Then competency/strength based questions surrounding things like dealing with difficulty, working in teams and alike
