It was a face to face interview for sales associate position. The role was for a sales job to sales education products. There were 2 rounds of interviews. First one was HR round and second was a technical round.

They made groups and asked us to appear for GD After being selected from GD, the students were then asked to appear for HR interview process. HR asked following questions: Introduce yourself Sell me (bike, chair, mouse, pen, water bottle) Why you want to join sales, being from CSE department How you see yourself in future List any 5 qualities of a salesman that you find are ideal. Question 1
In the GD Round, they made groups of 15 persons appearing for the interview and then gave us some topics like: Should India be renamed to Bharat, is India ready for cashless economy, Tv advertising vs Social Media advertising and many more topics.
For HR Round, They asked following questions: Introduce yourself Sell me (bike, chair, mouse, pen, water bottle) Why you want to join sales, being from CSE department How you see yourself in future List any 5 qualities of a salesman that you find are ideal. Previous work experiences
