First interview split into 2 round in groups of 5 people first round each person take turn to intro themself and why u want to join the company and the 2 round a group discussion.
Final interview would be groups of 3 same thing introduced of yourself and want u want to join JAL
Total they will ask 3 questions each take turn to answer if u pass this end of the day they will give u a call .

Very organized. However, there's a lot of stages. More on situational questions. Prepare a lot because there's a lot of questions. Be genuine with your answers. And be respectful because that's what they want
