Standard interview. They didn't focus as much on experience as I thought they would have. Maybe 50%. They threw a few curve balls, such as "Have you ever been in a fight at work, and how did you resolve it if you have?" Stuff like that. Non-conventional. They asked if you read their core values on their website, so check those out to "wow" them. About 20-30 minutes long.
