It starts out with just a phone interview with simple HR questions. This was followed by a second HR style interview this time through WebEx. The third interview was also through WebEx and was about my engineering history/experience. Last set of Interviews was three consecutive onsite interviews as each of their Washington State facilities. These ranged from basically a repeat of the third WebEx interview to a comprehensive analysis of my resume and portfolio with a small panel from one of their engineering teams and lastly a more tour-like interview around one of their facilities. Whole process took around 7-8 weeks but did not result in an offer in my case.

I discussed my background and core qualifications with HR to ensure alignment with the role’s requirements. We explored how my specific skills and professional experience meet the position's necessary criteria.
