I was lucky they were hiring on the day I applied. Most people I hear just get the run around. But the HR department is by itself so they all have a great time at work.

Toured facility and talked about the type of work done there, and some job-specific responsibilities. Then we sat in a conference room and went over experience and expectations. I was offered the position, and accepted the next day, and went in for drug test and background check. Gave 2 weeks notice to my employer, and started after that was through.
