Fast communication with recruiters including notifying you of your status. Little Feedback on the quality of the work was provided. It began with completing a small assignment utilizing Excel and then having it sent back.

Simple and fast, they tell you if they dont want you quite quickly. People are very nice. I got referred by my friends but i dont know how much that helped me
I think the interview is hard for someone with less technical background. Even though they said that candidates with different disciplines are welcome, I do not think it is the case.
