Entretien
Several rounds of phone interviews, consisting of mental math, probability questions and brain teasers. They ask you about how confident you are about your answer and make you to bet (virtual) money on your answer.

A bus pulls up to a stop. 3/4 of the people get off and 7 get on. Repeat two more stops with the same results.
What is the smallest number of people that could’ve initially been on the bus??
Suppose you are given the opportunity to bid for a treasure chest, which you know to be priced uniformly anywhere between £0-£1000. If you bid equal to or above the price, you win the treasure chest (at the cost of your bid). If you bid below the price, you do not earn the treasure chest.
Now, also suppose you can sell the treasure chest for 1.5 times the price of the treasure chest (should you obtain the chest). What should your bid be?

Had to do an initial excel text after CV screening, then invited to first interview with trader. Very flexible with the timeline. Questions highly math and probability, where they ask a lot about your thinking, but where really nice giving guidance when needed.

Il y a un premier entretien téléphonique RH, un second en visio avec des tests de programmation. Le dernier round à lieu dans les bureau avec des entretiens durant toute la journée. Si les deux entretiens du matin n'ont pas convaincu, on ne passe pas à la suite.
