I had a phone interview with a researcher in the company. The interview questions were very challenging. They were more difficult than the ones asked to traders. The interviewer was nice but the the questions were not suited for mathematical backgrounds. Probably they are looking for a statistician or a computer scientist. They said they work with large amount of data, and the interview questions reflected that.
