Had an initial recruiter interview, pretty standard questions about company fit and experience. They moved forward with other candidates, but provided thoughtful feedback about my interview and how I could improve communication, which I did not expect and was grateful for.

I had a good experience and everyone I met was very friendly.
- The process was clear and I always felt informed.
- I never felt pressured or uncomfortable.
