You'll interview with an HR representative first, then if you're interviewing for a technical position (I wasn't this time, but I have in the past) you'll have a conference call where you'll demonstrate whether you know what you're talking about or not. After that, they'll bring you onsite to the office the position is in. I had two interviews in the Eau Claire office, with two weeks between each interview. It took a week to hear back after the last interview.
