First I had a phone screen with the recruiter. She really talked up the company and gave the normal speech she had repeated many times. Then I had a round with developer managers. They interviews were very easy and were not technical at all. I then had an interview with two of the architects. one was difficult the other, not so much.

Promoted as a cool new tech stack, turned out it's very old or custom framework stuff which is very confusing. The recruiter was ok but the ad was a bit deceiving in some aspects

Entretien
First, there was an HR Interview.
During the interview, the HR Manager was introducing the company as the best possible in the IT field.
After that initial interview, they have sent me the technical test.
The technical test: they sent the UI design in png format and it should be translated to SPA using React and Material UI components.
The enclosed JSON file must be used exclusively for data that should be presented.
The task has many details, so it is almost impossible to do it in the allotted time if you already have a job.
I have finished the task and sent it.
After two weeks without an answer, I asked for it.
Since it is 2021 now, it passed a few months from then without any answer.
It is rude and unprofessional for one company to act like that especially if they say for themself they are the top one.
