Interview with the two co-founders – CTO and CEO. We sat in their quaint main office in Oakland across from each other. The interview was formal initially and became colloquial as it progressed. If anything, the first half of the interview was about "if you know your stuff". The second half of the interview was about "is this candidate a culture fit?". I had a few offers to choose from before I accepted a role at Jade Orchard. Some of the offers even paid more! Ultimately, the growth potential, culture, and senior management won out.
