I interviewed with the owner, Gracie. She was judgemental about my resume font and outfit (she hates high heels apparently). Her son kept walking in on the interview so the conversation had to stop as Gracie and her son talked about random stuff. I wasn't asked about my experience just chit chat. The owner just has to like you to hire you.
