During the interview, both the HR representative and hiring manager kept their webcams off, while I had mine on. I felt this was lack of professionalism and mutual respect and did not create a positive interview experience.
Pragmatic and to the point. Fairly technical but is not overly in depth. Emphasis on interaction. It was in person engagement. The coffee was good but no other foods was offered.
A entrevista começou de forma leve. O entrevistador cumprimentou o candidato com simpatia, explicou como seria a conversa e criou um clima confortável. O candidato respondeu com confiança, mantendo contato visual e demonstrando interesse pela vaga e pela empresa.
