Qualitative interview that was very simple to get through you mostly needed to demonstrate hard work and a personable attitude towards customers. It was nice to know the type of things they sold aswell.

What would you do if someone asks you to do something you are not comfortable with.
“Mijn sollicitatie bij JYSK verliep eigenlijk best soepel! Eerst moest ik online mijn CV en motivatiebrief insturen, waarna ik snel een bevestiging kreeg. Vervolgens had ik een kort telefonisch gesprek om mijn motivatie en beschikbaarheid door te spreken. Daarna volgde een gesprek bij de winkel met de manager, waarin ze vooral vroegen naar ervaring in retail en klantenservice. Binnen een week kreeg ik al een positieve reactie. Alles voelde goed georganiseerd en persoonlijk, ik voelde me meteen welkom in het team!
Completed online test first. I was called in for an interview about 1 week later. Basic questions like "Tell me about yourself" or "Tell me about a time when"
Interviewer was the store manager.

Entretien
Video interview in second.3 easily answered questions from a friendly HR /recruiter. I had to record my answers in video as many as wanted until submit. Overall an easy and pleasant proccess.
