The overall interview was relatively smooth and efficient. I would recommend implementing Slack or other forms of communication in the beginning. By adding this the new hire will have multiple points of reference starting out.

Entretien
Basically, the important part is to clear the AI questions when applying, then you get a call from the Operations manager regarding some basic questions and availability for in person interview. The interview is with Operations Manager and Assistant GM, and that's it.
