The interview process was a 2-3 minute phone call. As a recruiter and someone they were recruiting this sent up huge flags for me. A recruiter reached out to me that was 2 different LinkedIn profiles(1 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, 1 as an Admin). This was flag number 1 for me. Flag 2 was when I was set up for a phone interview where I wasn't asked any questions about my background. I was only asked if I could relocate and what my compensation expectation was. Flag 3 was when I asked about compensation what the compensation breakdown was(base plus bonus, base plus commissions, etc.). The person talking to me had no information on any of that. Flag 4 was when they literally told me nothing about the job except to read the job description. Not even an attempt to tell me anything. Overall, I was very concerned about this role and probably wouldn't have made a decision until I talked to anyone higher up.
