Round 1: Interview with Recruitment Consultant to review job specification and find out more about the company. Round 2: Interview with Department head to see how relatable your experience is to that you would experience at JRNI. Round 3: Interview with VP Global Support and CCO which was more competency and scenario based questions/assessments.
