J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez JPMorganChase (Glasgow, Écosse) en févr. 2025
Entretien
The interview process was smooth and clear, the team seems to be amazing, the VP is both, a good interviewer and super technical, which facilitates, as we are meant to give technical answers.

They focused a lot on TDD and some architectural decisions.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez JPMorganChase (Glasgow, Écosse) en mars 2025
Entretien
The interview process began with an initial conversation with HR, followed by a technical interview. The third stage involved completing a take-home assignment, and the final step was a review of that assignment. Unfortunately, after submitting the assignment, I received a generic rejection without any specific feedback. Despite multiple follow-up emails requesting feedback, I did not receive a response from the recruitment team.
I found this experience quite disappointing, especially considering the reputation of a company like JPMorgan Chase. The lack of transparency and communication felt unprofessional. Based on my conversations and understanding of the internal team structure, it appeared that the existing codebase had architectural issues, and my take-home solution aimed to address those in a scalable and maintainable way. I was genuinely hoping for constructive feedback, whether selected or not, to help improve and understand their expectations.
