The process goes like this: Submit app > HR calls for 15 mins phone screening > fwd your resume over to branch hiring manager > manager fwds your resume with Market Director > if elected back to HR to send you an offer. It was a very long process from start to finish, I applied back on Feb 18th and my first day will be beginning of March. In my opinion the interview process can be difficult if you don’t prepare, but other than that the recruiter, manager, and director were very personable/easy to talk to.

easy asked alot of behavior questions. had meeting with both branch manager and director or the market. Asked questions of past experience and what they would require from new experience.
