Got a call from a staffing recruiter who forward my resume and set up the interview. I interviewed with two people in which I thought everything was going well, I even had a brief interview with the operations manager (third person). I asked for feedback, and they told me They liked how i presented my self. Three weeks went by before I gave up hope for landing the job.
Hirevue (asincrónica). Días después tuve otra con una manager. Me hizo preguntas típicas, del estilo de si te gusta trabajar en equipo, por qué querés trabajar ahí, por qué motivo elegiste tu carrera universitaria. Luego una parte en inglés para chequear el nivel.

There are 2 rounds of interviews after resume screening, the first round is based on behavioural questions, second round is with the HR after clearing which you will be given the offer if you clear the rounds
