Interviewed with Area Manager, took 3 weeks to hear back. Then had to do a phone interview with Market Manager which was pretty easy. Offer came directly from hiring manager

Application, hirevue, then 2 virtual interviews with Managers in field. We were told we would hear back within a week. Follow up from recruiter was poor. I waited almost a month for a decision.

There were 5 rounds of interviews, 2 peers, the hiring manager, one peer to the hiring manager, and the country head. Everyone was friendly and professional but the whole process could have been consolidated into at least 3 interviews, since they were all over zoom.
