Applied online and heard back several months later and received a call from recruiter to schedule an interview. First interview is very basic screening through zoom with one person, introduce yourself, talk about your resume, questions about OOP concepts from Java/C#, databases, and basic leetcode questions. Second interview is technical (zoom panel - several engineers), where you are expected to answer full stack development concept questions in detail, including databases. No coding other than writing a SQL statement, purely conceptual but in a technical sense. Received an offer within the next week via phone call from recruiter. Attempted to negotiate but was shut down immediately, recruiter was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He would not bump the offer up at all, despite claiming he would be open to negotiation when I asked. I declined the offer but said I was open to a counter offer if possible. Received call from two different recruiters the same day asking why I did not accept the offer and what I was looking for. Told them I expected more. I was told I would hear back about a counter offer, never heard back.

Arranged interview but nobody turned up and no apology just said when can we rearrange. Very unprofessional and seem to have attitude they don't need to be apologetic because they are JP. Decided it wasn't going to be place for me
