The entire process was very professional. Received a call for an HR phone interview after online submission of my resume. That was followed-up with three live 1:1 interviews. Walked through my resume in all three interviews. This was followed up with questions about my outlook on the markets, from interest rates to currencies to the equity market. This was a big part of the conversation in all three meetings as this was the primary responsibility of the position. Took a couple of weeks for the final decision (followed up a couple of times) but finally did receive a phone call from HR telling me I did not get the role.

Entretien
Met with multiple individuals in their Tax Equity Group. First had a meeting with the hiring manager and an associate. Then I met with five additional associates. Finally met with the MD.

Entretien
Had my first interview with the market manager and it went well. It basically was basic interview questions and we spoke a lot about my past experience. Then spoke with a financial advisor which was more of a casual talk. Then was supposed to have an interview with the market manager again and she "ghosted" me. Set it up and never called in. I tried reaching out and no response. Two months later she reaches out to me and sets up another interview and then she doesn't show up AGAIN. I will not mention her name but most unprofessional person ever. So if you are looking for this job in Charleston WV then watch out.
