It was a phone interview. The person I spoke to essentially said I was over qualified for the position and that I would not be happy working at a company like Chase. He said that I would most likely leave the company for a better position when the economy turned around. He didn't want to waste my time or his by only having me in position for just a few months. I accepted his position, but it still hurt. I really needed the job having been laid off just recently.

I posted my resume online. Agency company contacted me and helped me to get the interview. It tooks several weeks to get the phone interview. one to one phone interview, typical probability question, finance question, ask some questions on my resume. The whole interview was around 45 minutes. After several days, got rejected.
