J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez JPMorganChase (Columbus, OH) en mars 2009
Entretien
Both the job description and the introduction-to-the-company speech by my interviewer were giant red herrings. The job description STRESSED that the job would be working with technicians and VIPs. The interviewer even ended his opening monologue with the words "remember, we're working with VIPs here." When the interrogation portion of the interview began I crafted my answers to take the question of WHO I was supposedly helping into account. About 3/4 of the way through the interview I recognized by the direction the interviewer was taking my responses that all he wanted was a from-the-ground-up technical answer.
By trying to factor in what was stressed by the interviewer and the job description I never had a chance at the job. A great example of too much information being presented and its purpose being misinterpreted.
