Interview process was engaging. First interview was a 30-minute phone interview which we just discussed my experience briefly. I was notified two days later that I was invited to the McCoy Center Polaris office in Columbus, Ohio. I attended the Super Day two weeks later. It consisted of one 30-minute interview in a big room with all of the other candidates interviewing at other tables. We then performed a case study in teams of six and presented our findings and recommendation. They then named two honorable mentions, along with a winner of the Operations Business Challenge. Heard back after about a week and a half.

Submitted an application, then got an auto-reply to complete a HireVue initial interview which had basic questions on time management, conflict resolution, how you adapt communication. What attracts you to JP Morgan and specifically the program.
