Entretien
Overall they try to intimidate you with 1-way style and do not give opportunity to be an interactive session. Somehow they give you the impression that they will give you ample time to ask questions at the end but then they use this "oh time is almost over" technique during the end to curtail your Q&A time. At the end, I had few important questions but never get to ask them until after I joined.

The usual - tell me about yourself, do you have certifications, do you have what it takes to work in a global distributed environment, etc.
