It was the screening call and overall it was the good one but they were more emphasizing on the visa status whereas i clearly mentioned i am on OPT but overall it was the good interview and a great experience. Make sure u prepare for sponsorship question very well bcoz they dont sponsor so think and answer. Even if u say no they wont offer u.

Online application, recruiter reach out, 1-2 interviews with hiring manager and team to determine fit. Predominantly behavioral questions. Relatively easy and conversational since it was more of an entry level role, they don't expect as much technical knowledge.

Entretien
Initial application and phone screen with recruiter. Recruiter asked about basic questions such as my experience, salary expectations, timing, and willingness to relocate. Then progressed to first round interview. This was more of a "get to know you" to see cultural fit. Interviewer asked what does product management mean to me and other accomplishments on my resume.
