Starts with applying with resume and cover letter, followed by a HireVue interview, and then a video interview. The HireVue process was the most challenging part of the process since it is unnatural and can be difficult to answer a question while staring at yourself and not having someone to discuss your answers with. Using the Star Method is highly recommended to answer the questions.

All behavioral, 2 interviewers. The people was very nice and generous. As long as you can have a conversation, you will have a good outcome. Be genuine and be prepared. Your resume should reflect your experiences.

Entretien
It was very smooth, questions were straight forward and allowed you to be yourself. Don’t over complicate the questions in your head. Very quick and easy process that i enjoyed to do.
