1st round was with a recruiter doing a phone screening, we talked about experience and compensation expectations
2nd round was with the hiring manager and we talked about the role and background experience

I applied online and asked for an internal referall. I met with the hiring manager first and then I met with several more members of the time. I did not receive an offer and did not move forward after that.

HR screening came first. Recruiter asked standard questions that sound like he/she was reading from a list. Follow up with hiring manager a week later. Unfortunately, hiring manager completely ghosted me.
