It was a HireVue interview assessment consisting of two behavioral questions designed to evaluate communication skills, fluency, idea generation, and overall screen presence. I was required to answer using the STAR method, structuring responses through Situation, Task, Action, and Result. Each response needed to be clear, concise, and well-organized.
