typical and similar to most other interviews. typcial questions and seemed relatively easy to get an offer, they seem understaffed buy who isn't these days. seems jobs are easy to come by and this is no exception. the interview process overall was not surprising

Met with a committee of peers, with HR, and with a supervisor. Overall, this was a relatively easy experience. They were willing to work with me on a salary negotiation, but eventually I could not start at the time originally planned and ended up having to decline an offer. I was told the company could be a bit old fashioned and set in their ways. They seemed open to explaining the benefits of moving to Hudson, Ohio. It ended up working out that I did not go with them, because I would have eventually gotten laid off when the company went out of business.
