I applied for the site using a popular job search engine online. I was then contacted by the current IT Manager who was vacating the position. They were looking for a replacement but needed someone very technical and experience to go above and beyond the current IT Manager's skill sets. I had a technical phone interview with him, and was then referred to the Office Manager and Senior Managing Partner/CEO for an in-person interview. I was hired the next day.
