Very subjective situational judgement tests as many of the answers that were given were suitable, however this is how they sort through all of the different applicants, the feedback is very poor and it took a long time after I had done the tests to get a reply

online assessment followed by a presentation and then an interview, they were very kind and the presentation task, you were given enough time to thorougly prepare, there were also others on the meetings beforehand and there was a break period between tasks which i found expremely useful

Submit CV and application details online using Jaguar Land Rover careers website. Complete online tasks then attend assessment centre / interview before proceeding to the next steps. Assessment centre consisted of individual and group task along with interview to gain more knowledge about yourself.
